Terms and Conditions

1. This scheme is applicable only for online purchase at www.pngjewellers.com
2. Applicability- 10th September, 2019 to 31st October, 2019
3. Eligibility- Every individual is eligible to avail benefits of this scheme.
4. Mode of payment: - Debit card/credit card/net banking.
5. Customer can book gold and diamond jewellery at the rate prevailing that day. Booking will be in terms of grams/ weight only. Under this Scheme, Customer will have to pay 50% of the total order amount at the time of booking. Amount will be adjusted at the time of actual purchase.
6. Customer can purchase any time during the tenure of this scheme i.e. on or before 31st October, 2019. Purchase rate shall be the prevailing rate or rate of the booking date, whichever is lower.
7. Additional purchase over and above the booked metal, shall be invoiced at the prevailing rate inclusive of taxes, on the date of purchase.
8. If customer does not purchase within prescribed Scheme period i.e. before 31st October, 2019, Customer will not be eligible to avail benefits of the scheme and will have to purchase at the prevailing rate on the day of purchase.
9. No refund is allowed under this scheme in any circumstances.
10. Partial purchase in not allowed under this scheme.
11. Once a customer has opted for the offer, it cannot be converted into any other offer (existing or new), which may run from time to time.
12. P N Gadgil Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. reserves all rights to make any changes, amendments in the terms and conditions without any prior intimation.
13. Any dispute in relation to these terms shall be subject to jurisdiction of Pune Court.
