Return Policy: Articles are accepted for credit, exchange or refund in the US if returned in saleable condition within seven days from date of purchase and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Cost of shipping and insurance (if applicable) cannot be refunded.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good condition in accordance with the above and within seven days of original delivery, we will issue a store credit to be utilized for exchange purchase.
Exchange Policy: PNG Jewelers, Inc. provides a 7-day, no-questions-asked, exchange on all products as long as the product is in original condition and is applicable when purchased for another product of equal or higher value items, except special order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail ([email protected]) or by telephone (408) 245 6764. Any item listed as "ALL SALES FINAL" cannot be exchanged. Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the purchase price. In addition, the following conditions must be satisfied.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in accordance with the above conditions, we will issue in-store credit. The in-store credit may be used at any time within 60 days from the date of the credit and the original credit slip must be provided.
All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by this sales receipt.
